Establish the problem
Visual and chemical inspection and reporting service I provide a full visual and chemical inspection and reporting service to accepted industry tolerance standards. My INDEPENDENT on-site report will establish the true cause of the problem and can be used as evidence in a dispute or where litigation may occur.

All carpet & flooring inspections include :

  • Visit to your home or business to assess the carpet or flooring and undertake a complete physical inspection*
  • A detailed report (including photographic evidence) regarding the condition of the flooring, together with a positive establishment of fault where applicable.
  • Where appropriate, advice will be provided as to a suggested course of action to rectify faults.

*Where required, samples will be taken for chemical
analysis in the laboratory.

Carpet & flooring inspection fee structure :

Includes personal visit to the site, inspecting and submitting comprehensive report.
